A. Injection position sensor The adjustment-free non-contact ring type sensor provides greater durability, having high measurement accuracy.
| B. Ejector and die stroke sensor The sensors constantly monitor the ejector and die position, which are displayed on the screen at the control panel.
| C. Plunger tip lubrication device This device assures a stable supply of finery adjusted lubricant which is applicable to either water-soluble or oil-soluble lubricant.
|
 | | F. Automatic toggle lubrication unit In the high-precision rigid clamping unit, the automatic lubrication device is installed to provide additional reliability and durability.
G. C-frame for mounting the injection cylinder A highly rigid C-shaped frame is employed to sustain the injection cylinder. With the C-frame and the stationary die plate tightened together, the holes for the injection cylinder and injection sleeve are machined at the same time so that the perfect alignment can be secured.

D. Hydraulic circuit for injection unit A surge-free hydraulic circuit is employed so that durability of hydraulic components including valves can be greatly improved.
| E. Remote shot control An electric motor-driven control valve has been adopted. Combined with a non-contact sensor, you can easily set injection parameters on the control panel including high and low injection speeds and rise-up time for the intensifying shot pressure.
