 | One-size lager dies can be handled with the high precision and high rigidity clamping unit.
By enhancing the rigidity of the tailstock, which sustains the toggle mechanism and the die plate, the precision stability of the entire die clamping system of the BD-V4-T series has been assured. Combined with the longer off-center distance for low shot position, one size-larger dies can be mounted on the machine.
In addition, the guide bars are removed from the 650-ton and larger models so that the ejector area can be more spacious enabling in easier exchanging work of dies.
The high cycling, high precision and high rigidity clamping system lead to greater productivity.
