The Multi injection system is the ultimate system that can shoot the melt into the die cavities without losing any momentum in the whole speed range from super low speed to super high speed. This system has been developed based on TOYO's own ideas and expertise on die casting technology.
The main idea of the Multi injection system lies in the "meter-in control" of the injection speed. By removing the throttle valve on the outside of the injection cylinder, the original injection power can be brought to the casting without losing any momentum.
Combined with the sharp deceleration function (option) and the injection-intensifying accumulator, any kind of die casting products can be processed with the BD-V4-T series of TOYO die casting machines.

The speed of the injection piston is determined by the amount of the in-coming fluid, which is controlled with the in-throttle valve. The melt can be shot into die cavities without losing any momentum thanks to the non-existence of the out-throttle valve. | • Other system
